Symalean Group has chosen to set up a Integrated Management System (SMI) because we cannot design to satisfy our customers without creating the good working conditions for our employees, to be efficient, to improve and to protect the health of our employees without preserving our environment. Beyond the adequacy of a SMI to our vision of the company, it allows us to have a global vision of our organization, to avoid redundancies between systems (reviews, internal audits, management of non-conformities, etc.), to create synergies and therefore to gain efficiency.
