Afternoon objective
We all know the same thing in each company, there are separate departments and everyone works at their jobs, we meet at lunch and/or at the coffee break to discuss things and others.
You know each other because you are part of the same society but do you really know thePurpose of the job and the job of your colleagues?
At Symalean, we put things in place to have a good internal communication. First of all thanks to an internal newsletter, but also and above all thanks to the dialogue between colleagues and services.
Our objective for this afternoon “Tell me about your post” was to introduce people to the work, missions and projects of each department, while having a sharing of question/answer.
Back in pictures
Les 5 project managers were spread across several offices with their “ambiance”.
There were 5 presentations:

- The business/marketing with Jérémy
- The web with Johanna
- The tremblant With Valentine
In small groups, the whole team was able to discover their work and their achievements for a joint project in the heart of Symalean.
