It is a technique that replaces the physical exchange of documents between companies. With the preprovisions put in place to deal with Covid-19, it is a simple method that avoids the risks of contamination.
How do you deal with workplace accidents?
In a traditional framework, the declaration of an accident at work, or DAT, is managed as follows:
- Report the security event and analysis by the QSE service
- 48 hours after knowledge of the accident, the report must be sent to the CPAM, on which the employee depends.
- Formalization of the declaration certificate by the HR department
- Transmission by email, post or fax
How to simplify the process?

- Registration of the security event on the software by the QSE service and verification of the data entered by the HR department before generating the EDI declaration file
